John Watson

Mr. John Earl Watson was born July 12, 1959. Mr. Jackie Lee Watson and the late Mrs. Pearline Watson in Pelahatchie, MS. He received his education in the Pelahatchie School System. His hobbies were fishing and hunting. He loved football and his favorite team was the Denver Broncos. He met and married Mrs. Lenora Watson of Morton, MS. He was a loving husband and devoted father. He was also a very hard worker.

On May 27, 2018, the Lord called him from his labor to his heavenly home. He was loved by all that knew him. Visitation will be held Friday June 1, 2018 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Services will be Saturday June 2, 2018 with visitation from 10:00AM until 11:00AM with services following at St. Luke C.O.G.I.C. As a member of St. Luke Church of God in Christ, he worked and served as a devoted deacon, trustee member and church treasure until his death.

He was preceded in death by his mother Pearline Lee Watson, twin brothers, sister Sandra Watson, brother, Peter Watson; grandfather, Carl Watson; Niece Hilary Cockrell: and nephew, Kenneth Watson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife Mrs. Lenora Watson of Morton, MS. Father, Jack Lee Watson of Pelahatchie, MS. two daughters, Tamara Melvin of Brandon, MS. and Kimberly Terry of Morton, MS. two sons, Marcus Wright of Pearl, MS. Ex-Earl Harrison, Jr. of Jackson, MS. three sisters, Alethea Payton (Joe) of Pearl, MS. Joetta Watson, Jacqueline Loggins (Montrell), of Pelahatchie, MS. Eight Brothers Gerald Watson (Almentia), Kenneth Watson of Morton, MS. Orenthal Watson (Dorothy), Jeffery Watson, Mitchell Watson (Jessica) of Pelahatchie, MS. Eric Watson (Victoria) of Chicago, IL. Jack Watson (Ann) of Jackson, MS.
