Albert was born to Billy Waters and Daisy Cooper Waters on February 19, 1960, in Morton, MS. He lived in Newton for the pasted nine years having moved there from Morton, MS. Albert liked fishing and big trucks.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Daisy Waters. Albert is survived by his daughter, Gabrielle Grigsby of Newton, MS; brother, Carelton Waters (Lila) of Morton, MS; sister, Kathy Currie (Paul) of Raliegh, MS; two grandchildren, Layton and Brelyn.
