Barbara Sue Waltman

Mrs. Barbara Waltman, age 73, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, at her home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Thursday, December 1, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Services will take place at 11:00 AM in our Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Good Hope Baptist Cemetery in Lake, MS. Bro. Larry Duncan and Bro. James McMillan will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.
Mrs. Waltman was born to James L. Walters, Sr. and Erma Young on November 10, 1949, in Van Buren, AR. She lived in Lake, MS for the Past 56 years.
Mrs. Waltman was preceded in death by her mother, Erma Lamb; step-father, Thomas Lamb; father and mother-in law, Wes and Susie Waltman; brothers, Jeff and Terry Walters. She is survived by her husband, Red Waltman of Forest, MS; daughter, Missy Yow (Kevin) of North Carolina; brother, James L. Walters, Jr. (Billie) of Phoenix, AZ; sister-in-law, Pat Henderson (Jim) Oklahoma; niece, Angie Goodwin of Lake, MS; nephews, Ronald Meeks (Bonnie) of Forest, MS and Troy Meeks (Julie) of Lawrence, MS.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Meeks, Troy Meeks, Chad Hollingsworth, Brandon Kilts, Brett Kilts and Brian Kilts.
Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Waltman, Randy Waltman, Buddy Waltman and Earl Jones.
