Lloyd Wilson "Bub" Stokes Jr.

Lloyd 'Bub' Wilson Stokes Jr., born February 19, 1960 in Rockledge, Florida, joined his Heavenly Father on Saturday the 10th of July, 2021 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 61. The family will receive visitors from 1:00PM until 1:50PM on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. His life will be celebrated that same day in the Chapel of Wolf Funeral Services at 2:00PM. He will then be laid to rest at Hillsboro Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Randy Miller and Rev. Phillip Roland will be officiating under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

An avid hunter and fisherman, and Master SCUBA diver, Bub lived a life full of laughter and love. He was an active member of his church family in Garland, Texas, and enjoyed classic Western movies and Southern sweet tea.

Bub was preceded in death by his mother, Pam. He is survived by his father Lloyd Sr. of Hillsboro, Mississippi; sister, Angie and niece, Jennie, both of The Woodlands, Texas, and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Roger Stokes, Wally Don Stokes, Freddy Ledford, Brit Crowell, JD Thornsberry and Joe C. Brown.
