Joy is survived by son, Matthew Short of Morton, MS; daughter Nicole Short of Florence, MS; sister Sharon Withers of Morton, MS; five grandchildren, Kaden Short, Zaylee Cook, Kyler Engle, Talon Engle and Hazen Compton.
