Mary Elizabeth Purvis (Denson)

Beth Purivs, 71, born January 4, 1950, passed away on July 12, 2021, at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 4:30 PM until 6:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services, Morton, MS. There will be a graveside service at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
Beth lived in Pearl for the past 55 years. She was Baptist by faith and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, Pearl, MS. She loved gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Beth is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mary Denson. She is survived by her husband of 55 years David Purvis of Peal, MS; one son, David Purvis, Jr. of Brandon, MS; one daughter, Michelle Renfro of Florence, MS; one sister, Ruby Power of Sebastopol, MS; two brothers, Dan Elmore of Sebastopol, MS and Bob Elmore of Puckett, MS; three grandchildren, Hunter Purvis, Madison Carrington, Kathryn Purvis.
