Maudis Marene Minor

Maudis Marene Minor, age 86, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, in Woodstock, GA. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS and on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 1:50 PM at Mt. Carmel M. B. Church in Morton, MS. Services will take place at 2:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow at Pleasant Gift M. B. Cemetery in Morton, MS. Rev. Rochele Wright will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.
Maudis was born to LB Boyd and Mary Lee Hollis Boyd on February 18, 1937, in Scott County, MS. She loved decorating the church, fishing, quilting, gardening and her flowers.
Maudis was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dean Minor, Sr.; parents, LB Boyd and Mary Lee Hollis Boyd; two brothers, Edell Boyd and Jerry Jerome Boyd. She is Survived by two children, Henry Minor, Jr. and DeSunza Minor; two sisters, L. Lee Boyd and Laura Jean Wells and five grandchildren.
