Michael Marion Crawford

Michael Marion Crawford, age 79, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS, surrounded by his loving family.

Michael was a lifelong resident of the Clifton Community and a member of the Sharon Primitive Baptist Church in Lake, Mississippi.

Michael retired from Sara Lee in 1995, earning the respect of colleagues and friends throughout the industry. Once he retired, he became an avid outdoorsman. He loved visiting flea markets across the states and collecting swords.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Crawford; two daughters, Lisa Tadlock (Keith) and Amy Tadlock (Chris); one son, Brock Richards; and an adopted granddaughter, Crystal Hawkins. Michael also leaves behind his precious grandchildren: Tre' and Emily Martin; Jacob and Adyson Brooks; Justin and Jordan Barrett; Jacob Tadlock; Makenzie; Haleigh; Brian Richards; and Chasity Williams. His two great-grandchildren are Rivers Barrett and Zayn Vantassle.

Family, friends, and community members are invited to gather in memory of Michael. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:45 PM at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, Mississippi. The funeral service will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel.

As we say goodbye, we honor Michael for the love he gave, the lessons he taught, and the invaluable place he holds in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. His memory will remain a guiding light, encouraging those who survive him to emulate his steadfast kindness and enduring spirit.
