Mr. Christopher Nathan McCurdy, age 39, passed away on Monday March 05, 2018 at the Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest, MS. Visitation will be held on Friday March 09, 2018 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM and again on Saturday March 10, 2018 from 1:00PM until 1:50PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS with Bro. Jack Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesburg Church of Christ Cemetery; there will be no graveside services. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. McCurdy was a lifelong resident of Morton, MS and was of the Church of Christ faith. He loved working with used cars and watching racing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert McCurdy, who passed away on the same day; his grandparents, Gwendolyn Stephens and Nathan McCurdy, and Clifford Henry and Letha Henry Williams. He is survived by his wife, Trisha McCurdy of Morton, MS; his mother, Sue McCurdy of Morton, MS; two sons, Travis Taylor of Morton, MS and Nathan Taylor of Morton, MS; one brother, Jody McCurdy (Julie) of Morton, MS; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Michael Harris, Ricky Speed, Kenny Wayne Clark, Brian Harrell, Cory Harrell, and Chad Canady.
