Mrs. Linnie Paulette Mayo, age 72, passed away on Friday April 1, 2016 at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital. Visitation was held on Monday April 4, 2016 from 11:00AM until 12:55PM at Sand Ridge Baptist Church in Lake, MS. Funeral Services were held on Monday April 4, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Sand Ridge Baptist Church Chapel in Lake, MS. Officiating was Bro. Bobby Boyles. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Mayo had lived in Lake, MS for the past 20 years, where she moved from Morton, MS. She was a member of Sand Ridge Baptist Church in Lake, MS. She loved to read and spend time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Linnie Ramage; one brother, Robert Purvis Ramage; and one sister, Martha Gail Toten. She is survived by three sons, James Rusty McGee of Lake, MS, Kenny Mayo of Louin, MS, and Michael Sean Mayo of Lake, MS; two daughters, Yolanda Wear of LaPlace, LA and Angela Dawn Myers of Lake, MS; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were T.J. McAllister, Cole Furlow, Randy Wear, Logan Mayo, Dakota Myers, and Dylan Myers.
