Madison Grace Parker Alford

Madison Grace Parker Alford, of Lena, Mississippi, passed away on September 20, 2026, at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood, Mississippi. She was born on September 02, 2003, in Hinds County, Mississippi, and was taken unexpectedly, far too soon. In her brief and precious years, Madison was deeply loved and will be remembered for the bright and lasting place she held in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.

Madison was a 2021 graduate of Sylva Bay Academy, where she distinguished herself as a phenomenal softball player and as an honor roll student active in 4-H. Her determination, energy, and love of learning were evident in the way she embraced her school years. After graduation, she attended Hinds Community College and went on to become a horse trainer at Dark Horse Equine, a path that reflected both her dedication and her connection to the work she chose to do.

Above all, Madison’s life was rooted in family. She is survived by her husband, Kristopher Alford, and by their daughters, Oaklynn and Millie Alford, who were at the very center of her world. She also leaves her father and mother, Stanley and Sonia Parker; her grandmothers, Regeana Weeks and Lyda Sullivan; and her grandfather, Richard Parker. Madison will also be lovingly remembered by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond and Melody Alford, and by Rhonda Martin (Mikey).

She is further survived by her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Addie Weaver, Dannon Weaver, Brixton Martin, Will Malone (Shelby), and Meaghan Houston (Zach). Each of these family ties formed part of the circle of love that surrounded Madison throughout her life, and her memory will remain a cherished presence among them.

Madison was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George Sullivan, and Maternal Grandfather, Tommy Weeks. Their memory now joins hers in the hearts of those who continue, carrying forward the love of family across generations.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services - Morton, 3054 Hwy 80 West, Morton, Mississippi 39117. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services - Morton. Interment will take place at Alford - Parker Cemetery, 1110 Grand Ave, Lena, Mississippi 39094. Officiating services will be Bro. Craig Bailey.

Though her time here was far too short, Madison Grace Parker Alford leaves behind a life that was full of devotion, promise, and love. She will be missed beyond words and remembered always with tenderness, gratitude, and enduring affection.
