Jimmy was a Member and past Music Director at New Home Baptist Church of Ludlow.
Most days you would find him riding around checking his cows and seeing if the hay was ready to cut! He loved gospel music and homegrown tomatoes.
Jimmy was always ready to lend a helping hand to a neighbor in need. He will be missed by many as he always visited the sick in hospitals and nursing homes. He loved his church family and looked forward to the Brunswick Stew and Gospel Singing every year. His love of the Lord and his church was followed by the love of his family. Jimmy met the love of his life, Dolly Inez Evans, 60 years ago. Together, they raised two boys, Raymond Latham and Roger Latham. He had 6 grandchildren, Brad Latham, Brittney Latham, Emily Latham, Stephen Latham, Courtney Latham and Avery Latham, 3 great grandchildren, Callie, Hunter and Braelyn Latham.
