The Epitaph of Ladarius Kentrell Jennings
April 8, 1999 • July 31, 2026

Ladarius Kentrell Jennings was born on April 8, 1999, to Felisa Jones and Robert Jennings. On July 31, 2026, Ladarius gained his wings, leaving behind a lifetime of memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

Ladarius was truly the life of the party. His presence could light up a room, and his personality was one that could never be forgotten. He had a way of making people laugh, smile, and feel welcome. He was loved deeply by his family and friends and will forever be remembered for his big heart, his infectious spirit, and the joy he brought into the lives of others.

Above all, Ladarius was a loving and devoted father to his daughter, Legacy Rodriquez, whom he adored and loved very dearly. Legacy was his pride and joy, and the love he had for her was undeniable. His greatest desire was to see her happy, loved, and successful, and the memories they shared will forever be a part of her heart.

Ladarius had a true passion for basketball. He loved the game and gave his all to everything he did. He was naturally talented and had a competitive spirit that pushed him to be the best. Whether on the basketball court or in life, Ladarius gave everything he had and always strived to be the best at whatever he put his mind to.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jaquavius “Chug” Jennings; his grandmother, Linda Jennings; and his great-grandmothers, Flossie Jennings, Mary Ella Jones, and Teresia Ealy.

He leaves to treasure his memory a beautiful daughter, Legacy, his loving parents, Felisa (Dewayne) Jones and Robert (Bob) Jennings; a twin brother, Kendarius Jennings; siblings, Jervon Jennings, Robert Jennings, Willie Leflure, Xavier Jennings, and Cassidy Jennings, whom he cherished dearly; his only nephew, Jaquavius Jennings; and his two beloved nieces, Kh’Lani Jennings and Mh’Lani Jennings.

He also leaves behind his grandparents, Eddie and Elaine Ealy, and Robert (Mary) Jennings.

Ladarius leaves behind a vast array of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

Though his time on earth was far too short, the love Ladarius gave, the laughter he shared, and the memories he created will live on through everyone who knew and loved him.

Rest peacefully, Ladarius

Your smile, your laughter, your love for your family, your passion for basketball, and the love you had for your daughter will never be forgotten.
