Justin Oliver T. Parker

Justin Oliver T. Parker, a dedicated and free-spirited construction worker, passed away peacefully at his residence in Union, MS, on December 17, 2025, at the age of 42. Born on November 3, 1983, in Texas, Justin was a lifelong resident of Mississippi and known for his adventurous spirit and zest for life. He lived by the motto of "Living in the Moment," a philosophy that guided him in all his pursuits, from fishing to riding motorcycles and all other endeavors he enjoyed in life.

A loving and committed partner, Justin shared his life with Kelli Sistrunk of Lake, MS. He was also a devoted father to his children, Adrien and Kelsi Ormond of Lake, MS, who brought him much joy. In addition to his immediate family, Justin's legacy is cherished by a circle of relatives, including his father, William "Bill" Parker; his sisters, Michelle (Cecil) Jackson of Union, MS and Sherry (Scott) Green of Harperville, MS; his brother, Buck (Jackie) Parker of Meridian, MS; and his sister, Carrie Parker of Forest, MS. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives who will remember him fondly.

Justin was preceded in death by his mother, Penny Michelle Ryan, his stepfather, Mike Ryan, his paternal grandparents, Jack & Wanda Parker, and his maternal grandparents.  Justin's memory will continue to live on through the lives he touched.

The memorial services honoring Justin's life will be held on December 21, 2025, at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. A visitation will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate the life of this remarkable man, whose spirit will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him.
