Jessica Dawn Stewart

Jessica Dawn Stewart, age 40, passed away at her residence on Monday, September 11, 2023, in Morton, MS.  Her Visitation will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 1:30 PM until 4:45 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS.  Her Funeral Services will take place at 5:00 PM in our Funeral Home Chapel.  Her Internment will follow at Leesburg Church of Christ Cemetery in Morton, MS.  Miles Porter will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Jessica was born to James Gerald Arney, Jr. and Terrie Archie on September 2, 1983, in Meridian, MS.  She moved from Sebastopol, MS to Morton, MS where she lived for the past three years.  Jessica was a member of First Baptist Church of Morton.  She was a member the PTA at Morton School.  Jessica loved to color, 4-wheeler riding and enjoyed every aspect of the outdoors.  She was presently employed as a bus driver with the Morton School System.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father, James Arney, Jr.; her nephew, Callan Arney and her grandmother, Mary Lee Archie.  She is survived by her husband, Daniel Stewart of Morton, MS; her mother, Terry Jacobs of Lake, MS; her son, Rhyan Stewart of Morton, MS; her step-daughter, Heather Mozingo (John) of Puckett, MS; Cassie and Hope, who she considered her daughters; her brother Jamie Arney (Andrea) of Sebastopol, MS; her father and mother-in-law, Rev. Jack and Euna Stewart of Morton, MS; six grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Pallbearers will be John Mozingo, Tommy Wayne Stewart, Richard Dolan, Toby Wood, Jamie Holmes, Clint Morris, Woody Williams and Payton Courtney.
