Janice Nell Foreman

Janice “Nell” Foreman, age 82, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest, MS.  Her visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS.   Her services will take place in our Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM.  Her burial will follow at Salem Baptist Cemetery in Lake, MS, but there will be no services.  Bro. Ken McLemore and Bro. Jess Dilley will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.  

Nell was born to Archie Anderson and Willie Maude Everett on May 18, 1941, in Hinds County, MS.  She was a lifelong resident of Lake, MS.  Nell was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake, MS.  She was a 1959, graduate of Lake High School and then went to work with Bellsouth and CIT. Afterwards, she went to work with Bank of Forest as a teller for over twenty years. She loved to cross stitch and work word puzzles.  

Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Toby Foreman; her son, Archie Calvin Foreman; her two brothers, James Anderson and Bro. Tommy Anderson; her Parents, Willie Maude Everett and Archie Anderson.  She is survived by her daughter, Sonya Menard (Milton) of Lake, MS; her grandson, Shane Aaron Posey; her two great grandchildren, Tristan Posey and Emory Posey. 

Pallbearers will be Chris Anderson, John Mark Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Joel Anderson, Ken Everett and Ricky Foreman.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Wooten, David Joe Usry, Stacy Wilkinson, Randy Emmons, Cotton Foreman, Phil Waltman.
