Mrs. Jane Hodge

Mrs. Jane Hodge age 67, passed away Saturday March 21, 2020 at her home in Forest, MS. A visitation will be held on Wednesday March 25th 2020 at Eastern Cemetery in Forest, MS from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM with funeral service and burial to follow. Reverend Charles Lenn will officiate.
Mrs. Hodge resided in Forest, MS for the past forty-one years after moving from Tallahassee, FL. She loved being outdoors, some of her favorite pastimes included fishing, camping and gardening. She loved her family very much. She is preceded in death by her mother, Nora Williams; father, Herbert Brown; daughter, Wendy Burns; sisters, Sylvia Nichols and Cindy Greene; brother, Terry Brown. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Hodge of Forest, MS; two daughters, Nora Olea (Guillermo) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Melanie Waggoner (Billy) of Forest, MS; son, Davy Burns of Sopchoppy, FL; three sisters, Patty Johnson of Crawfordville, FL, Nett Brown of Jacksonville, FL, and Vicky Brown of Crawfordville, FL; thirteen grandchildren, Blake Burns, Ben Burns, Jessica Rehr, Scott Varner, Ruben Reid, Cole Reid, Charley Waggoner, Phillip Waggoner, John Paul Waggoner, Bo Waggoner, Allyce Olea, Seth Olea, Jalynn Burns and three great- grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Guillermo Olea, David Rehr, John Paul Waggoner, Bo Waggoner, Billy Waggoner and Phillip Waggoner.
