Hazel Grace Jackson

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel Grace Jackson, who departed this life on June 10, 2026, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Born on December 7, 1956, in Cochran, Georgia, Hazel’s journey was marked by love, resilience, and devotion to her family.

Having resided in Morton, Mississippi, for the past several years after relocating from Texas, Hazel became a cherished member of her community. Her days were often spent enjoying the simple pleasures of life, including watching her favorite television shows and, above all, spending quality time with her beloved family. Those moments brought her immeasurable joy and strengthened the bonds she so deeply valued.

Hazel is survived by her devoted sons, Paul Sidney Walker and Christian Bernard Jackson, who carry their mother’s spirit and kindness forward in their lives. She also leaves behind her sisters, Anita Jackson and Sylvia Johnson, whose companionship and support were integral parts of her life.

A visitation to honor Hazel’s memory will be held on June 18, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services - Morton, located at 3054 Hwy 80 West, Morton, Mississippi. This gathering offers a time for family, friends, and all who knew Hazel to come together, reflect on her life, and offer their condolences to the family. There will be no funeral service for Hazel, visitation only.

Hazel Grace Jackson’s legacy is one of warmth and steadfast love. Though she has departed from our midst, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her soul find peace, and may her loved ones find comfort in their treasured memories of her gentle presence.
