Mr. Jimmy Harrison, age 62, passed away on Saturday October 1, 2016 at his residence in Pulaski, MS. Visitation was held on Monday October 3, 2016 from 1:00PM until 1:45PM at the Homewood Baptist Church in Forest, MS. Funeral Services followed in the church at 2:00PM. Officiating was Bro. Doyle Boyles and Bro. James Shoemaker. Burial followed in the Homewood Baptist Cemetery. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Harrison had lived in Homewood, MS for the past twenty-five years where he moved from Meridian, MS and Jones County, MS. He was a member of the Homewood Baptist Church and was a carpenter who loved to build things.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Ethel Mae Harrison; two sisters Maxine Nicholson and Anita Faye Carpenzano; and two step-children, Diane Croxton Snow and Robert Croxton. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Harrison of Homewood, MS; two step-children, Steve Croxton of Lake, MS and Darryel Croxton of Homewood, MS; one brother, Mackey Harrison of Laurel, MS; and one step-grandchild and three step-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Gene Boone, David Hannah, Dewayne Smith, Ethan Knight, Jimmy Dean McDaniel, Randy Harrison, and Andy Daniels. Honorary Pallbearer was Austin Warren.
