Hugh Wayne Hall

Mr. Hugh W. Hall, 74, passed away on December 28, 2021, at Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS. He was born on July 1, 1947, to Dorothy Rebecca Harrison and William Parker Hall. Visitation will be Friday, December 31, 2021, from 12:30 PM until 1:50 PM with his Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS with Rev. Larry Duncan officiating. Burial will be at Ephesus Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS, time and date are yet to be determined. Services are under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Mr. Hall was a lifelong resident of Forest, MS. He was Baptist by faith. Mr. Hall was a 1966 graduate of Scott Central High School. After graduation, he served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. and was a survivor of the U.S.S. Forrestal blast. Mr. Hall worked as a parts distributor for NAPA Auto Parts for many years.

Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Rebecca and William Parker Hall; uncles, McClaurin Harrison and Bernice Harrison and his brother, Ervin Hall. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Snow Hall; daughters, Jennifer Rushing (Steve) and Shelly Hall Harris (William); sisters, Linda Jean Arnold and Belinda Hall; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Justin Rushing, Josh Rushing, Lee Arnold, Leigh Harrison, Tony Odom and Gerardo Zafra. Honorary pallbearers are Billy Randall, Jr., William Harris, Stephen Puckett and Steve Rushing.
