Charles William Graham, 70, a resident of Forest passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held today January 24, 2011 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton from 5:30 until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, January 25, 2011 from 8:00 am until 1:45 pm. Funeral services will be held January 25, 2011 in Wolf Funeral Services chapel at 2:00 pm with burial following in Ephesus Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Scott Fortenberry, Doug Hubbard, and Elder George Gardner. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton will be handling the arrangements.
Charles was a lifelong resident of Forest and Hillsboro and was a member of Forest Baptist Church. He was a member of the Joymakers Sunday School Class at Forest Baptist Church. He started his career as a Funeral Director with Ott & Lee Funeral Home in 1960 and later went to work with Bowers Ford as a Sales Manager for 10 yrs, then returning to the funeral business working with Wolf Funeral Services, Inc. in Morton since 2008.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Clower Graham in 1983 and father-in-law, Burma Dearing in 1983.
He is survived by his wife of 51 yrs, Marie Graham of Forest; mother, Marjorie Graham of Hillsboro; honorary daughter, Amy Ware and husband Doug of Thompsons STN, TN; two brothers, Jimmy Graham of Hillsboro, and Rodney Graham and wife Jamie of Hillsboro; niece, Carol Perkins of Hillsboro.
Pallbearers are Wayne Hall, Tony Day, Norman Young, Mike Lee, Hunter Wolf, Elder George Gardner. Honorary pallbearers are, Joymakers Sunday School Class, Robert Marveggio, George Hubbard, Junior Madden, and Mack Greer.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Forest Baptist Church.
