Hattie Goodson

Mrs. Hattie Goodson, age 70, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 2:30PM until 7:00PM and Monday, March 4, 2019 from 9:00AM until 9:50AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Services will follow at 10:00AM in Wolf Funeral Services Chapel, in Lake MS with Bro. Larry Jackson officiating, followed by burial at Carr Methodist Cemetery, Forest, MS. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Goodson lived most of her life in Lake, MS. She was a Baptist by faith. Mrs. Goodson enjoyed vegetable gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Goodson; one son, Wayne Haywood Goodson; her parents, Hubert and Wilma Shuler, her three brothers, Cooper, William, and Johnny Shuler; one sister, Jean Duell. She is survived by her son, Howard Goodson of Lake, MS; her three sisters, Sue Monk of Sebastopol, MS, Shirley Ferguson of Madden, MS, Brenda Ferguson of Louin, MS; four brothers George Shuler of Pelahatchie, MS, James Shuler of Homewood, MS, Paul Shuler of Louin, MS, Hubert Shuler of Hillsboro, MS, and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Jackson, Harvey Jackson, Larry Jackson, and Robert Jackson.
