Mr. Deardry Charlie Gilbert age 57, passed away Sunday July 26th 2020 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. A graveside service will be held on Saturday August 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hill Cemetery In Morton, MS.
Mr. Gilbert was a lifelong resident of Morton, MS. He was a Baptist by faith and attended Pleasant Gift MB Church in Branch, MS. He loved spending time with grandkids, cooking (BBQ) and going to the race track.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Holifield and his parents; Willie McNair and Vallira Gilbert.
He is survived by his children; Alex Gilbert (Brikki) of Morton, MS, Jasmine Gilbert of Morton, MS and two step children; siblings, Darlene Keeton (Gerald), Catherine Gilbert-Benford, James Charles Gilbert, Lyndon Gilbert ( Audrey), Mary Ward, Anthony Gilbert ( Maria), grandchildren, Janiya Gilbert, Carson Gilbert, Dontavian Johnson, and step grandson Justice Stuart.
