Fredrick "Fred" Antonio Harper, I

Mr. Fredrick “Fred” Antonio Harper, I, age 46, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at his residence in Forest, MS. His visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS and Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at Union Grove M.B. Church Forest, MS. His services will occur at 11:00 AM at Union Grove M. B. Church in Forest, MS. His burial will follow at Mt. Moriah M. B. Cemetery. Rev. Ralph James will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services. Union Grove M.B. Church 

Mr. Fredrick Antonio Harper, I, was born on November 19, 1977, to Ray Charles Harper, Sr. and Kathern Qualls. He graduated from Morton High School in 1996 and attended Alcorn State University. He was an active member of Mt. Moriah. 

Fred was a man who loved his family and always loved having a good time.

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, He departed this life. Fred was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents A.B. and Catherine Crudup, one uncle Amos Crudup, and one special cousin Curtis Ward. Paternal grandparents Clevon and Clemetine Harper, two uncles Clevon Harper, and Toney McMillian. Two aunts Earnestine Terry and Ruthie Harper.

He leaves to cherish in his memories a loving and devoted wife of 14 years Cynthia Harper and five children (The Fab 5) Cortayana Brown, Forest MS, Frederick Harper II, Pulaski MS, Alexis Chandler, Forest MS, Alex Chandler, Forest MS, and Justyn Harper, Forest MS. His mother Kathern (Ray) Qualls, Pulaski MS, his father Ray Charles Harper Sr., Forest MS, mother-in-law Mae Lois Sharpe, Forest MS, father-in-law Nathaniel (Alisha) Sharpe Sr. He leaves four siblings Ray Charles Harper Jr., Pulaski MS, Tamantha Qualls, Lake MS, Ralfeal Hicks, Walnut Grove MS, and Cory (Erianna) Qualls, Douglasville GA. One brother-in-law Nathaniel (Michelle) Hogansville GA, Four sister-in-laws Lakeasha Sharpe, Forest MS, Porsha (Gene) Taylor, Brandon MS, Tammy Sharpe, Pearl MS. Three grandchildren, Frederick Harper III, Daxton Harper, and Caelyn Shapard and host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Fred was loved and cherished by many relatives and friends. He will be truly missed.
