Leon Fitzhugh Jr

Mr. Leon Daniel Fitzhugh, Jr. passed away on Monday May 08, 2017 at the St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 10, 2017 from 5:30PM until 8:00PM and again on Thursday May 11, 2017 from 9:00AM until 9:50AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May 11, 2017 at 10:00AM at the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel with burial following in the Ludlow Cemetery. Dr. Billy McKay and Rev. Jim Burns will officiate. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Fitzhugh lived most of his life in Ludlow, MS and was a member of the Ludlow Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish, his horses, and race cars. He loved his family dearly and loved to play dominoes.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Fitzhugh in 2011. He is survived by his sons, Tracy Fitzhugh (Dot) of Ludlow, MS, Perry Fitzhugh (Toni) of Ludlow, MS, and Leslie Fitzhugh of Ludlow, MS; one sister, Geraldine Jordan of Lake, MS; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Josh Fitzhugh, A.J. Fitzhugh, Braden Fitzhugh, Justin Earls, Richie Cauthen, Danny Fitzhugh, Brent Rigdon, Michael Rigdon, Jody Jordan, and Todd Jordan.
