Faye Lovejoy

Faye Lovejoy, age 74, passed away on Monday, September 4,2023, at Pine Forest Nursing Home in Jackson, MS.  Visitation will held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 9:00 AM until 10:20 AM  Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Services will take place in our Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 AM with burial to follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Forkville, MS.               

Faye was a lady with a big heart who loved her family, her friends and Jesus.  Her church membership was with Lifesong Baptist Church of Florence, MS.  She retired from MS State Hospital where she worked as a medical transcriptionist.  Faye enjoyed going on rides in the country, finding new restaurants to visit, watching anyone work on home improvement projects and sitting on her porch watching the birds and squirrels play.                                                                                                                   

She was preceded in death by her parents Richmond and Bernice Runnels, and her brother, Richmond "Ronnie" Runnels. She is survived by her children, Dana Vaughn (Kevin), Brad Lovejoy (Selena); Sister Angie Wilkinson; Grandchildren Joshua Anthony (Jessica), Kimberlee Gonzalez (Cippy), Matthew Lovejoy (Sara), Anna Grace Lovejoy and Kaleb Lovejoy; nieces and nephews, Belinda Runnels-Brannum, Michelle Runnels and Chris and Chandler Sultan.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Anthony, Cippy Gonzalez, Jack Laseter, Kaleb Lovejoy, Matthew Lovejoy and George Anthony.
