Emma (Rena) Wicker

Emma (Rena) Hannah Wicker, age 96, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest, MS.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 9:00 AM until 9:50 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS.  Services will take place in our Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM.  Burial will follow at Luther Chapel Lutheran Cemetery in Pulaski, MS.  Sister Lisa Kaplan will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services.

Emma was born to Willion Orria Hannah and Dewey Rhmillie Dollar Hannah on September 3, 1926 in Scott County, MS.  She loved her church, sewing, quilting and working in her flower beds even if she had to do it from a chair.  Emma was known for her famous Chicken & Dumplings.

Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Wicker; parents, Willion and Dewey Hannah; three daughters, Dorothy Howard, Fay Ann Fuller and Peggy Jo Wicker; three brothers, Bill Hannah, Howard Hannah, and Karry Hannah; five sisters, Ruby C. Black, Dorothy Lee Hannah, Lois Posey and Barabara Hannah and Eleanor Thompson.

She leaves behind a Godsent son Billy Warren; two sons-in-law, Mickey Lee Howard, Sr. (Karen) and Ronald Fuller, one brother, Edward Hannah (Betty); sister-in-law, Sam Hannah; three grandsons, Christopher Fuller, Mickey Lee Howard, Jr. (Michelle) and Rodney Howard (Robin); one granddaughter, Leslie Loftin (Joseph); two great granddaughters, Alex and Shawnee Howard; four great grandsons, Logan Howard (Kaleigh), Peyton Howard, Cooper Loftin and Mavrick Loftin as well as numerous nieces, nephews and church friends.
