Gladys M. Dearing, 89, a resident of Forest passed away Tuesday, May 03, 2011 at Jeff Anderson Hospital, Meridian, MS. Visitation was held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton on Wednesday May 04, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm and again on Thursday, May 05, 2011 from 8:00 until 9:45 am. Funeral services were Thursday at 10:00 am in the chapel with burial following in the Ephesus Baptist Cemetery. Officiating was Elder George Gardner. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dearing was a lifelong resident of Forest, MS and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Forest.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burma Dearing in 1983; one brother, Richard Creel; one sister, Mildred Gardner and her son-in-law, Charles Graham.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Graham of Forest; three nephews, Ricky, Ronnie and Milton Creel.
Pallbearers were James Creel, Charles Ray Sorey, Christopher Creel, Milton Creel, Ronnie Creel and Jeffery Floyd.
