Hazel Grace Burkes, age 2 months 3 days old, passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2015 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson MS. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 27, 2015 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Ephesus Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS. Officiating will be Bro. Billy Ray Parker. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Hazel Grace is survived by her father, DeWayne Burkes of Leesburg, MS; mother, Sharlee Walley of Forest, MS; maternal grandparents, E.J. and Jada McCrory of Forest, MS, Lee & Felicia Walley of Forest, MS; paternal grandparents, Jeremy and Tonya Miles of Leesburg, MS, Timothy Burkes of Forest, MS; paternal great grandparents, Jimmy and Claudia Brown of Leesburg, MS, Etoile and Larry Smith of Forest, MS; maternal great grandparents, Carol Leach of Decatur, MS, Randell and Gloria Walley of Newton, MS; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
