Mary Lee Brooks (Parker)

Mary Lee Brooks, 86, passed away on September 30, 2021, at Bedford Care in Mendenhall, MS.
She was born on March 18, 1935, to Cecil and Martha Howell Parker. Visitation will be Sunday, October 3, 2021, from 12:00 PM until 1:50 PM at Wolf Funeral Services Lake, MS with services to follow at 2:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel, Lake MS. Bro. Chris Spence will be officiating. There will be no graveside services.
Mary lived in the Morton, MS area for the past 68 years after moving there from Koscuisko, MS. She was Baptist by faith. She loved playing bingo, working word search books and she loved sharing stories about her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband Earnest Ray Brooks; parents, Cecil and Martha Parker; sisters, Idell Parker, Annie Parker, Lois Stewart; brothers, Ray Parker, James Parker, Clyde Parker, and Rufus Parker; son-in-law David Shaw. She is survived by her five children, Denise Perritt of Lake, MS, Sherri Bryant of Forest, MS, Tammy Brooks of Koscuisko, MS, Tony Brooks of Forest, MS and Terry Brooks of Morton, MS; three sisters, Shirley Smith of Forest, MS, Joyce Dupree of Raleigh, MS and Glenda Porter of Forest, MS; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, three great-grand children; a number of nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives. Pallbearers will be Dustin Fisher, Shawn Fisher, Daniel Prestage, Dakota Brooks, Alexander Donald, and Blade Brooks.
