Jason Paul Gibbs

Jason Paul Gibbs, age 35, a resident of Pearl, MS passed away on Thursday September 24, 2015 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on I-55 North in Canton, MS. Visitation will be held on Saturday September 26, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Visitation will be held on Sunday September 27, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 1:50 PM at the Hazel Baptist Church in Lake, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday September 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Hazel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Hazel Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Victor Bugg and Bro. Tommy Anderson. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS is in charge of the arrangements.
Jason had lived in Pearl, MS for the past 1 ½ years. He was of the Baptist Faith and attended Overflow Church in Magee, MS. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting. His passion was riding and working on motorcycles.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Talmadge L. & Jean Gibbs and Henry Brown. He is survived by his father & step-mother, Billy Joe & Evelyn Gibbs of Lawrence, MS; mother, Linda J. Gibbs of Decatur, MS; one daughter, Autumn of Pearl, MS; three sons, Skylar, Christopher and Elijah, all of Meridian, MS; two sisters, Sheila Uithoven of Meridian, MS, Summer Gibbs of Meridian, MS; maternal grandmother, Joyce Brown Cochran of Chunky, MS; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Brian Mann, Lane Crosby, James Shelby, Jay Collins, John Craft and Marvin Wilson.
